Online check-ins are possible from 24 hour up to 90 minutes, pre-flight for all ticketed passengers.

For domestic flights, travelers are advised to arrive at least 1 hour before the flight departure time, and for international flights, at least 2-3 hours before the scheduled time of departure.

Turkish Airlines Checked luggage

The total size of your checked baggage (total H + W + L) should be less than 158 cm (less than 115 cm for passengers travelers with infant 1 + 1 foldable baby stroller/pushchair. If the luggage exceeds 158 cm, additional charge fee will be applied.

Turkish Airlines Carry-on luggage

The baggage or personal item can not exceed the following dimensions: within 55 x 40 x 23 cm.

Any items travelers wish to carry onboard must fit in the overhead lockers or under the seat in front. Please check the list below for any prohibited items or materials you may be carrying in your cabin baggage with Turkish Airlines prior to your departure.

• Passengers traveling with an infant(s) are entitled to 10 kg of baggage on each flight, and a baggage allowance of up to 23 kg on flights which apply the piece concept. In addition to this allowance, travelers are allowed 1 stroller of a maximum length of no more than 115 cm. The baggage allowance for children passengers are the same as those for adults.

• Passengers with Miles&Smiles Elite, Elite Plus and Star Gold cards are entitled to extra baggage.
