SAS Scandinavian Airlines is the joint flag carrier airline of Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. It is headquartered in Solna, Sweden, with its primary hub at Copenhagen-Kastrup Airport (CPH) and secondary major hubs at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport (ARN) and Oslo-Gardermoen Airport (OSL). It is owned by SAS Group, which also controls the subsidiary passenger airline Scandinavian Airlines Ireland and freight airline SAS Cargo.
SAS is one of Europe's largest and most highly respected airlines. They provide services to nearly a hundred destinations across Europe, the United States and Asia including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC, New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Beijing. SAS Scandinavian currently operates a fleet of around 160 aircraft, including a large number of modern Airbus A320neos and Boeing 737 Next Generation airliners.

SAS Scandinavian's mileage program, EuroBonus, allows frequent flyers to benefit from discounted flights, hotels, car hire, and other products or services. SAS Scandinavian Airlines is a member of the Star Alliance, and EuroBonus members have reciprocal rights with multiple partner airlines around the world. There are five status levels within EuroBonus, ranging from the basic Member level, through Silver, Gold, and Diamond up to the ultra-exclusive Pandion level, to which customers are personally selected by the CEO of SAS.

SAS Scandinavian Airlines offer a choice of Business Class and Economy Class tickets and cabin classes. Business Class features wide (20-24-inch) reclining sleeper seats, with convertible 80-inch (200cm) lie-flat beds. They also have multiple power sockets and 15-inch (38cm) personal entertainment screens. Seats in Economy Plus seats have more leg room and width than Economy Go seats. The seat pitch for Business Class is between 61-78 inches (155-200cm), 38 inches (96.5cm) for Economy Plus, and 31-32 inches (78-81cm) for Economy Go.
Onboard WiFi service is available free-of-charge for Business and Economy Plus passengers, as well as for EuroBonus Gold and Diamond members. All SAS flights to and from the US and Asia have complimentary meals, drinks service, and personal touch-screen inflight entertainment units. European and regional flights have free tea and coffee, plus a selection of snacks, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase. Meals are free for SAS Business and Economy Plus passengers on all flights.
SAS offer free lounge access to Business and Economy Plus passengers, EuroBonus Diamond and Gold members, and Business Class passengers traveling on Star Alliance partner airlines. All passengers traveling on an SAS flight may purchase lounge access. SAS lounges are located at Chicago O'Hare and Newark Liberty airports, as well as multiple European airports.

Online check-in for most SAS flights is open from 30 hours until 1 hour prior to scheduled flight departure time. If online check-in is unavailable, you can check-in at the SAS self-service kiosks or manned desks at the airport. SAS advise passengers to arrive at least 2 hours before scheduled flight departure time for international flights, and at least 1 hour for domestic and regional flights without checked luggage.
Business Class
Business Class passengers may bring on board one piece of carry-on luggage and one personal item. Business Class passengers can check in up to two bags weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) each.
Economy Class
Economy Class passengers can carry onboard one personal item and one carry-on bag weighing under 17 lbs (7 kg). In addition, Economy Go passengers may check in one bag not exceeding 50 lbs (23 kg) weight, and Economy Plus passengers may check in up to two such bags.
On all SAS flights, carry-on bags must not exceed dimensions of 22 x 18 x 9 inches (55 x 40 x 23 cm), and checked bags must not exceed dimensions with a total combined sum over 62 inches (158cm).
SAS will charge extra fees for overweight, oversized, and extra luggage depending on the destination, ticket type, and flight duration. In some cases, EuroBonus members may be eligible to extra checked luggage allowance free-of-charge. Passengers traveling with infants (0-2 years of age) can check in one bag for them up to 50 lbs (23 kg), however they cannot bring on any personal cabin baggage. Collapsible strollers may be carried on SAS services free-of-charge."
