Practical Information

Check-in: Kenya Airways offers online check-in for all types of ticket. Passengers are able to check-in online from 30 to 2 hours before the expected departure times. In addition, those passengers who opt to check-in online are able to choose their preferred seating or change the seating they have been allocated. Alternatively, passengers can check-in at the airport kiosk up to two and a half hours before departure time.

Luggage:

• Economy Class passengers are permitted one piece of cabin baggage the dimensions of which should not exceed 21.7" x 13.8" x 9.9" inches and weight of which should not exceed 26.4 lbs.

• Business Class (Premier World) ticket holders are permitted two pieces of cabin baggage, dimensions as above and each item should not exceed 39.6 lbs.

• Economy Class passengers are permitted two checked baggage not exceeding 50.7 lbs per piece in weight; maximum size (L,H,W) 62 inches per piece.

• Business Class passengers are permitted two checked baggage which should not exceed 70.54 lbs per piece; maximum size (L,H,W) 62 inches per piece.
