Alaska Airlines Carry-on Luggage

Every travelers is allowed one carry-on bag and one personal item onboard at no charge and the sum of the three dimensions of the personal item or baggage can not exceed 45 linear inches (total L x W x H), including handles and wheels). Baggage must be within the carry on size limitation : 22 x 14 x 9 inches.

Passenger may carry the following items as their personal item:

• 1 purse
• or 1 briefcase
• or 1 laptop computer

Please note:

• Some items are restricted from cabin luggage depending on the route/destination. When traveling from the United States and Canada, for security purposes, checked and locked baggage may be opened during security checks. During high peak travel seasons, Alaska Airlines will place limitations on checked bags and boxes on some flights.

• Passengers traveling internationally with an infant(s)/infant on your lap are allowed to check their car seat and stroller free of charge. Please remove all accessories attached to the stroller if it will be checked-in.

• Certain items, such as baby strollers, child seats or assistive mobility devices are exempted from baggage charges

• Checked baggage weighing more than 100 pounds and/or exceeding 115 linear inches will not be accepted for carriage.
