Aeromexico Travel Experience
Aeroméxico has two cabin classes: Economy Class and Clase Premier. Both cabin classes offer in-flight entertainment systems featuring a wide range of films, TV series, children's content, and video games. Meal services include a bar and international cuisine and special meal options. Both Economy and Clase Premier passengers can also enjoy high-speed WiFi. Aeroméxico is also the first airline to have an Amazon skill, and travelers can use their Amazon Echo devices to search for flights and check their status.
Clase Premier offers priority check-in, boarding and baggage handling, and more spacious, comfortable seats. There are additionally Salon Premier VIP Lounges available for those flying Clase Premier class offering a business center, food and drinks, and WiFi, among other amenities.

Aeromexico Check-in & Baggage
Passengers can check into their Aeroméxico flights 48 hours prior to domestic departures and 24 hours prior to international departures. Check-in is available online via computer or mobile devices and at kiosks at the airport. It is recommended passengers arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before domestic departures and 2 hours before international departures with Aeroméxico. Passengers should note that average waiting times vary across airports. Aeroméxico passengers should also be aware that those holding a V class ticket are only entitled to carry-on luggage, and no checked-baggage is included free of charge.

Clase Premier Class
Those traveling in Aeroméxico's luxury Clase Premier Class are allowed 2 pieces of checked luggage weighing no more than 32 kg/ 66 lbs. Carry-on luggage allowance for Clase Premier is 2 pieces, including 1 bag and 1 personal item such as a handbag or camera bag. The two carry-on pieces should weigh no more than 10 kg/ 22 lbs in total.
Economy Class
Passengers flying Economy Class are allowed 1 piece of checked luggage weighing no more than 25 kg/ 55 lbs. In addition passengers can carry-on 2 pieces of luggage consisting of 1 bag and 1 personal item such as a handbag or camera bag. Carry-on luggage should have a total weight of no more than 10 kg/ 22 lbs.
Allowed Luggage Size Dimensions
For both Economy and Clase Premier cabin classes, there are restrictions to the dimensions of checked and carry-on luggage. Checked luggage must have a length of 158 cm/ 62 in or under, and each piece of carry-on luggage must have dimensions (length, width, height) no greater than 55 x 40 x 25 cm/ 21.5 x 15.7 x 10 in.
Additional Information
Oversized or overweight luggage such as musical instruments and sporting equipment is permitted but may be subject to additional charges depending on the size and weight of the excess luggage. Overweight luggage is charged by weight or piece at the airport. 1 musical instrument measuring no more than 114 cm/ 45 in is permitted as carry-on luggage per passenger. It is best to check specific baggage requirements on Aeroméxico's website. When not included as carry-on luggage, musical instruments will incur a charge of 75 USD within Mexico and 150 USD internationally. Additional baggage can be purchased in advance online. Those traveling with infants are allowed 2 pieces of luggage including stroller, diaper bags, and bassinet.
