They were offering the lowest cost fare for my trip to Edmonton and back. Although there was a 24 hour delay in receiving my tickets, their website was clear about this and offered options to have them emailed to me when ready. When I went to check in for the flights I experienced no issues! I would recommend them when their price is the lowest that is available.

Excellent experience! I booked a return ticket from Regina to Calgary. Initially I was sceptical with the cheapest price comparing all platforms and google reviews, but luckily I found some good reviews on Budget Air website. I decided to give it a try and I proved out to be an excellent experience. I will definitely book tickets from this site. Only issue I found in the process as there is no direct number mentioned to reach out to customer support and you need to do it either through form or by email. I got my E-ticket just after 24 hours time line and process was smooth. Kudos to Budget Air Team

I Booked Ticket with Budget Air & i am not able to authenticate with the Airline. I am Very Nervous. As Budget Air has Seperate booking reference & PNR number which is not matching with the Airline PNR

I was a little worried that this was a scam because how cheap the tickets were, and the reviews I saw we’re not so great but I still trusted that everything would be okay and booking with budgetAir Exceeded my expectations. I double checked with the actual airline that my flight would be with and there it was my confirmation. My little family of three is so excited for our first trip to Japan!!! I highly recommend this service and we will definitely be booking again!!!

It is really a budget air, I bought international business class ticket much cheaper than well known booking company. I try to buy the international air ticket from another well known reservation/booking website but when I tried to purchase the ticket it increased by $160 right after entering my credit card info and read to push the purchase button. I found the same schedule same airline and saved $160. Thanks to budget air.

I was trying to buy a ticket from booking.com but it kept giving error that booking failed. After 4 tries and needless support chat, I switched to Google and found $7 less price on budget than booking. I clicked, clicked and clicked and boom I got the ticket.

I went to Skyscanner to book flights for a group of six. When I chose my selection of flights that met our needs, it redirected me to 2 options and I chose Budget Air as they had the much higher review than the other option. Booking was easy. In order to get your seat assignments you will need to book direct with the airline. That was easy as well.
