Camino de Santiago, Spain
This hiking route was traditionally a pilgrimage to finish in the city of Santiago, Spain, There is no official starting point for this hike but the most common places to begin are St Jean Pied de Port in France and Roncesvalles in Spain.
Tour du Mont Blanc, France, Italy and Switzerland
A challenging but highly rewarding hike, the Tour du Mont Blanc is 170km long with some serious climbs. You will be blown away by the scenery, even if you are huffing and puffing away.
Cinque Terre, Italy
Cinque Terre is five villages in Italy on the UNESCO world heritage list that are connected by an 11km coastal path. Although the route can be done in a day, you will want to spend time swimming in the clear turquoise water and enjoying the delicious Italian food.
High Tatras, Slovakia
The mountain ranges in Slovakia are similar to the Alps but not as well known. If the High Tatras mountains are too difficult for you, then stick to the Slovakian forests.
